Responsibilities

Store Operations: Lead daily operations, sales performance, service standards, SOP implementation, and team productivity.
Merchandise & Inventory: Oversee merchandise planning, production, procurement, stock management, and distribution.
Branch Management: Supervise branch stores and Head Store to ensure consistent operational and sales performance.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and coordination with vendors, suppliers, production partners, and other stakeholders.
Reporting & Business Improvement: Analyze sales, inventory, and operational data and provide recommendations to improve revenue and efficiency.
