Responsibilities
Strategic Support to Manager
- Assist the Manager in all branding & marketing projects and tasks
- Turn ideas and strategic direction into: Action plans, Structured checklists, Clear timelines
- Prepare briefing documents before meetings, campaigns, or collaborations
- Support decision-making with organized research and summarized insights
- Translate high-level strategy into operational steps
Project Management & Execution Control
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects and campaigns
- Create: Working calendars, Campaign timelines, Task trackers
- Ensure all campaigns and content are executed: On time, Within scope, With excellence
- Monitor project progress and flag delays early
- Maintain structured workflow across all marketing initiatives
- Ensure zero missed deliverables
Task & Team Follow-Up (Execution Control)
- Follow up on internal marketing tasks and deadlines
- Coordinate with: BA / KOL / Affiliates, Internal team (Design, Ops, Marketplace), External agencies & vendors
- Manage scheduling, reminders, and execution tracking
- Ensure alignment between marketing plan and actual execution
- Escalate bottlenecks early
Content & Creative Management Support
- Turn Manager’s ideas into: Copywriting drafts, Structured content briefs, Ready-to-post content preparation
- Coordinate with designer & production team
- Ensure content calendar consistency across platforms
- Assist in replying to comments and basic community engagement (when needed)
- Maintain brand tone consistency
Marketing Data & Performance Tracking
- Track key marketing metrics: Content performance, Campaign performance, Marketplace metrics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries
- Highlight insights (not just data)
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments
- Ensure marketing spending stays within approved budget
- Organize dashboards for Manager review
Research, Insight & Reporting
- Competitor monitoring (whey, electrolyte, supplement brands)
- Monthly market trend summaries
- Campaign benchmarking & performance comparison
- Collect and shortlist KOL, affiliate, and partnership opportunities
- Prepare structured research reports (no raw dump data)
Administrative & Organizational Support (Manager-Level)
- Organize marketing documents, files, and assets
- Maintain SOP and campaign archives
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and action points
- Schedule marketing meetings & coordination sessions
- Maintain brand asset library (logos, creatives, copy, guidelines)
