Responsibilities
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with customers using persuasive yet non-aggressive sales approaches.
• Provide consultation for product development to meet market and client needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions in a professional manner.
• Observe and evaluate equipment to ensure it meets client standards.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
• Create and manage sales quotations.
• Monitor and oversee ongoing sales projects.
• Adjust sales strategies and processes based on market developments.
• Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Identify key stakeholders to support local projects and initiatives.
• Follow up on sales activities until full payment is received.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on performance and market trends.
Required Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university/polytechnic, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or technical roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and abroad as needed.
