Responsibilities
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers using persuasive yet non-aggressive sales approaches.
- Provide consultation for product development to meet market and client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions in a professional manner.
- Observe and evaluate equipment to ensure it meets client standards.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Create and manage sales quotations.
- Monitor and oversee ongoing sales projects.
- Adjust sales strategies and processes based on market developments.
- Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify key stakeholders to support local projects and initiatives.
- Follow up on sales activities until full payment is received.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights on performance and market trends.
- Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university/polytechnic, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and/or technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel across Indonesia and abroad as needed.
