Responsibilities
1. Support Job Posting & Resume Sorting
• Assist in posting and updating job listings on Jobstreet, Jobstreet Express, and Glints;
• Help organize incoming resumes daily and perform initial categorization based on standard screening criteria.
2. Send Interview Questions & Follow Up
• Send standardized interview questions via email to candidates as assigned by the HR officer;
• Follow up on candidate responses and track who replied “OK,” then submit the list to the HR officer.
3. Add Candidates on WhatsApp & Sync Information
• Assist in adding candidates on WhatsApp and updating communication status in the recruitment tracking sheet;
• Ensure candidate data is accurate and kept up to date.
4. Record Recruitment Data & Prepare Daily Reports
• Record daily recruitment figures, including resume count, emails sent, “OK” replies, and WhatsApp additions;
• Assist in filling out and submitting the daily recruitment report, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
