As the Training Manager at Daya Medika Pratama, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive in-depth training and have access to comprehensive product documentation for our Hospital Information System, particularly our Electronic Medical Record solution. You will be responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering training programs to our clients and internal teams, while also enhancing and maintaining product documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training materials, curricula, and methodologies specifically tailored to the needs of our clients and internal staff for our Hospital Information System.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, ensuring that clients and internal teams have a deep understanding of our Electronic Medical Record solution and related products.
Documentation: Create, maintain, and enhance product documentation, including user manuals, guides, and online resources, with a focus on healthcare IT standards and practices.
Scheduling: Effectively manage and coordinate training sessions, ensuring they are conducted on time and in accordance with the schedule, accommodating the needs of healthcare professionals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of training content and documentation, keeping them up-to-date with the latest features and industry standards.
Feedback and Evaluation: Collect and analyze feedback from clients and trainees to continually improve our training programs and product documentation.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about the latest developments in our Hospital Information System and incorporate them into training materials and documentation.

Tanggung Jawab Utama
Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi pemasaran serta rencana penjualan untuk solusi HIS, EMR, dan ERP.
Mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan menindaklanjuti peluang bisnis baru (leads dan prospek) di kalangan rumah sakit, klinik, dan institusi kesehatan lain.
Melakukan presentasi produk dan solusi kepada calon klien, termasuk jajaran direksi rumah sakit, tim IT, dan tim procurement.
Membangun serta menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien eksisting maupun calon klien.

Active Directory and Identity Management:
• Design, administer, and maintain a complex Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) environment, including domain controllers, forests, domains, and trusts.
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security hardening, software deployment, and user configuration across the enterprise.
• Administer Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and hybrid identity solutions (Azure AD Connect).
• Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AD replication, authentication, and DNS issues.
Windows Server Management:
• Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2016, 2019, 2022).
• Manage core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, DFS, and File/Print services.
• Implement and manage Hyper-V or VMware virtualization platforms.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Security and Compliance:
• Harden Windows servers and Active Directory according to industry benchmarks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST guidelines).
• Develop and execute a rigorous patch management strategy for all Windows systems.
• Implement and manage endpoint security solutions (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, etc.).
• Configure and manage security tools such as Microsoft Defender for Identity, and Azure Sentinel for threat detection and response.
• Conduct regular security audits, access reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
• Respond to security incidents, participate in investigations, and implement remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Automation and Scripting:
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Utilize DevOps principles and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Ansible, Terraform, or DSC for configuration management.
Backup, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability:
• Design, test, and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical infrastructure.
• Implement high-availability configurations like Failover Clustering.
Collaboration and Support:
• Serve as an escalation point for help desk and other IT teams for complex issues.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.

The Role:
The primary responsibility of an Integration Support Engineer is technical integration and support for our customer base, both directly and indirectly. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully installing, controlling, supporting, and monitoring all Dicom Systems technical projects.
You will perform configuration, support, administration, and clinical user training throughout the customer’s medical imaging enterprise and integrate with other information systems across multiple healthcare facilities. Your duties will span various customer IT environments and secure hybrid network architecture, including high latency, low bandwidth, complex priority routing management, DICOM, HL7, FHIR, RESTful services, and IHE cross-enterprise integration.
The Integration Support Engineer provides all direct and indirect support to Dicom Systems customers, including, but not limited to, cloud storage configuration and management and multi-vendor training on imaging device installation, configuration, management, and service. You will work with internal teams and Healthcare IT/informatics departments at medical facilities, large and small. All work is performed remotely.
A technical understanding of imaging informatics, DICOM, HL7, databases, clinical imaging workflows, networking, and Healthcare IT in general is required. The Integration Support Engineer must possess superb organizational skills, practical time management skills, be detail-oriented, and maintain meticulous documentation.
The successful candidate must have a solid command of the English language, be an effective verbal and written communicator, and be able to multitask.
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Develop proficiency in the company’s software solutions, solution methodologies, and core technologies.
Implement proprietary software to support DICOM, HL7, and medical image migrations.
Verify software modifications, changes, and enhancements and submit test results findings to software development.
Maintain and update internal databases, outlining all interactions throughout the project lifecycle.
Create process optimization improvements to enhance the department and its offerings.
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and maintain excellent customer service.
Conduct and participate in all teleconference calls
Monitor, maintain, and ensure your projects are progressing appropriately.
Reviewing and analyzing software and hardware needs for upcoming projects
Developing a comprehensive understanding of all services provided and being prepared to implement them at customer facilities
Maintenance of the monitoring systems for proactive monitoring
Participate in the help desk, answer support calls and emails, and provide 24/7 on-call support rotation for customers.
Create and implement plans for deploying new hardware and VM systems, such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Cloud environments. Work directly with software engineers to define and document an application’s deployment process.
Meticulously uphold HIPAA privacy and security regulations and company security policies while performing duties.
