Ringkasan Posisi:
Kami mencari individu yang dinamis dan multitasking untuk mengisi peran ganda sebagai Staff Fungsional sekaligus Sales/Marketing, khusus dalam pemasaran solusi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) terintegrasi vertikal. Kandidat akan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola proses pra-penjualan hingga penandatanganan kontrak, dengan memanfaatkan template dan strategi perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:
1. Penyiapan Materi Penjualan:
o Menyiapkan dan menyesuaikan presentasi serta proposal berdasarkan template perusahaan untuk solusi SIMRS terintegrasi.
o Memastikan proposal sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan profil calon klien (rumah sakit, klinik, atau fasilitas kesehatan).
2. Aktivitas Pra-Penjualan (Presales):
o Melakukan pendekatan dan presentasi kepada calon klien yang telah memenuhi kriteria perusahaan (misalnya: rumah sakit dengan kebutuhan digitalisasi, kapasitas tertentu, atau wilayah target).
o Memberikan penjelasan teknis dan fungsional mengenai solusi SIMRS, termasuk keunggulan integrasi vertikal.
o Menjawab pertanyaan dan menangani kebutuhan awal calon klien.
3. Proses Follow-up dan Penutupan Kontrak:
o Melakukan follow-up aktif setelah presentasi hingga tahap negosiasi.
o Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait (teknis, legal, dan manajemen) untuk memastikan kelancaran proses.
o Mengarahkan proses hingga penandatanganan kontrak dengan klien.
4. Pelaporan dan Administrasi:
o Melaporkan perkembangan pipeline penjualan kepada atasan.
o Mengupdate database klien dan aktivitas penjualan sesuai prosedur perusahaan.

Manajemen Kinerja:
Memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan untuk memastikan produktivitas dan kondisi kerja yang optimal.
Kepatuhan Hukum:

Active Directory and Identity Management:
• Design, administer, and maintain a complex Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) environment, including domain controllers, forests, domains, and trusts.
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security hardening, software deployment, and user configuration across the enterprise.

• Implement and manage endpoint security solutions (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, etc.).
• Configure and manage security tools such as Microsoft Defender for Identity, and Azure Sentinel for threat detection and response.
• Conduct regular security audits, access reviews, and vulnerability assessments.
• Respond to security incidents, participate in investigations, and implement remediation plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Automation and Scripting:
• Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Utilize DevOps principles and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Ansible, Terraform, or DSC for configuration management.
Backup, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability:
• Design, test, and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions for critical infrastructure.
• Implement high-availability configurations like Failover Clustering.
Collaboration and Support:
• Serve as an escalation point for help desk and other IT teams for complex issues.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
