Responsibilities

Ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
Provide pricing feedback to the Sales team within 2 days.
Coordinate with the Operations team, vendors, liners, and destination agents for shipment execution.
Maintain good relationships with vendors and business partners.
Prepare cost breakdowns for Stage 1 (Origin), Stage 2 (Port to Port), and Stage 3 (Destination).
Negotiate rates with shipping liners ( Tanto, Meratus, SPIL, CTP, Temas), trucking vendors, and destination agents.
Source competitive destination dooring agents.
Prepare weekly shipment cost reports.
Analyze transportation rates against market prices.
