- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related major.
- Conversational level in English.
- Has at least 2 years experience as PreSales Engineer in IT Solutions company.
- Strong technical knowledge of Hosting or Cloud services and related technologies.
- Experience in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, product development teams, and customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to business trip to meet with customers and attend industry events.

- Work with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, and bids to customers.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and technical issues.
- Provide technical support to customers during the sales process, including responding to technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Hosting or Cloud services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
