  1. Proven experience as sales role
  2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota/target
  3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM software)
  4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  5. Good knowledge of English is a plus
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  9. Senior High School or Diploma in any field.

Tanggung Jawab

  1. Ensuring on quarterly target achievement
  2. Build a strong sales pipeline
  3. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  4. Answer questions about products or the company
  5. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  6. Enter and update customer information in the database
  7. Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  8. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  9. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  10. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
