Who Are We ?
We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia, we have produced some of the world's favorite drinks in Indonesia since 1992. As a multinational company, we are dedicated to upholding local tastes. Our focus is to build a portfolio that meets the preferences of the Indonesian people, offering a variety of refreshing drinks including soft drinks, bottled water, juices, tea, and milk. We work as one cohesive unit, sharing ideas and innovations across our business. We are committed to making our beverage products accessible to more than 260 million consumers across the archipelago.
We operate eight beverage factories spread across Sumatra, Java, and Bali, employ more than 4,000 people, and distribute millions of fresh drinks to over 450,000 outlets throughout Indonesia.

About Graduate Trainee Program
The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured, accelerated development program designed for recent graduates to become future business leaders at CCEP Indonesia.
You will undergo a comprehensive 24-month development program that includes formal training, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship within and across functions.

Qualifications :
Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.00, or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
Active involvement in organizational or social activities.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Agile, curious, and passionate about growth.
High ability to analyze complex cases.
Willingness to be assigned across Indonesia.
