The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured accelerated development program for fresh graduate students to be future CCEP Indonesia business leader.
You will receive a comprehensive 24 months development program through formal training, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship within and cross function.

Qualifications :
Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and a minimum GPA of 3.00, or those with up to two years of work experience.
Active involvement in organizational or social activities.
Fluency in English, both in speaking and writing.
Agile, curious, and passionate to grow.
Willingness to travel and work across Indonesia
